Ottawa Public Health (OPH) has launched a series of free online prenatal and parenting videos on their OPH YouTube Infant Health Series playlist. This new resource aims to support patients who are parents and/or parents-to-be.
The new 'How to' OPH videos, also available on the Parenting in Ottawa page, cover 8 popular topics in both French and English. These videos offer practical parenting tips in easily accessible online formats, supporting pre- and postnatal education.
