Updating and Retrieving Your Child's Immunizations |

To book an appointment for any of our services, please call the Sexual Health Clinic at (613) 234-4641 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am to noon and 1 to 3:30 pm. For any other services, please contact your primary care provider (family physician or nurse practitioner) or visit a general community walk-in clinic. For general sexual health information, please contact the Ontario Sexual Health Infoline by phone: 1-800-668-2437 or by e-chat. |
