Overview

This course will provide education in dermatology focusing on practical diagnosis and management. There will also be updates on the latest dermatology treatment options and newest discoveries in patient care. The speakers are drawn from the teaching faculty of the University of Ottawa Division of Dermatology and Community Dermatologists.

Target Audience

Primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, residents and other interested primary care providers.

Overall Learning Objectives

By the end of this conference, participants should be able to:

  • Describe key morphologic findings for common skin conditions;
  • Review up-to-date evidence on diagnosis and management of dermatologic conditions;
  • Connect with health care providers in the Ottawa region and facilitate networking amongst practitioners.
