  • Personal service settings (e.g., hair salons, tattoo/piercing studios)
  • Pools, spas, splash pads, or recreational water facilities
  • Childcare centres, schools, shelters, or other institutions
  • Infection prevention and control in medical or dental clinics
  • Drinking or recreational water
  • Environmental health concerns affecting the public

These concerns are reviewed by Public Health Inspectors and may result in an inspection or investigation. Concerns related to inspection outcomes or enforcement decisions are reviewed by the appropriate team as part of our regulatory process.
