Ottawa Public Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard provides up-to-date information on COVID-19 in Ottawa, including indicators for local monitoring and informing re-opening decisions. Data in this dashboard are based on information extracted from the provincial Case and Contact Management (CCM) solution. The CCM is a dynamic disease reporting system that allows for ongoing updates; data represent a snapshot at the time of extraction and may differ from previous or subsequent reports. Data are extracted from CCM at 3 pm daily and loaded to the dashboard the following day. A confirmed case is a person with laboratory confirmed COVID-19. This dashboard applies to Ottawa residents with confirmed COVID-19.

NEW **Starting March 10th 2021, OPH will be migrating from its COVID-19 Ottawa Database (The COD) database to the provincial Case and Contact Management (CCM) reporting system. During this database migration, some graphics on the COVID-19 Dashboard will be temporarily unavailable for approximately six weeks, including the source of infection graphs and contact tracing metrics. Rest assured that this information will continue to be tracked during case management and will be available on the dashboard again once the database migration is complete**

As of March 31, 2021, data on COVID-19 vaccinations will no longer be part of the Daily COVID-19 Dashboard. To access data on COVID-19 vaccinations, visit our new COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard page.
