Overview
Refresher of current guidelines and standards for the work-up and management of common endocrine disorders and diabetes therapies. Includes an interactive workshop to explore and gain practical experience with a variety of devices commonly used in the management of diabetes. Participants will have the chance to handle and try tools such as glucometers, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), devices for administration of injected diabetes treatments. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, attendees will build confidence in device selection, patient education, and utilization of software applications to facilitate assessing diabetes control.
