Event description

Ottawa Public Health is hosting the 2026 Aging Well in Ottawa Fall Health Fair — a free community event for older adults and caregivers. This event brings local health, wellness, and social service providers together in one place to help older adults stay healthy, connected, and supported.

Attendees can meet community partners, connect with Ottawa Public Health teams, ask questions, and learn about services available in Ottawa. Community paramedics will also be on site to offer health screenings and related supports for older adults.

Whether you are an older adult, a caregiver, or helping someone find local supports, this event is an opportunity to learn, connect, and access helpful resources in a welcoming community setting.
