Reporting to Public Health:
Suspected or confirmed cases of Botulism must be reported immediately to Ottawa Public Health.
During business hours:
- call 613-580-2424, extension 24224 or fax 613-580-9640.
After hours, on weekends, or on holidays:
- Call 3-1-1 and ask to speak to the CD Manager on call.
