The Champlain Screening Outreach Program helps people get access to cancer screening services. This program is for individuals in Eastern Ontario without a family doctor or nurse practitioner. Individuals can access screening for breast, cervical, colorectal, and lung cancer based on provincial eligibility criteria. Find out more about who can get cancer screening, and how to make an appointment. Neighbourhood Health and Wellness Hubs can help check eligibility and book an appointment. Please note: To be eligible for screening services, you must have Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) or Interim Federal Health Program coverage (IFHP). The Champlain Screening Outreach does not offer primary care services or diagnostic services. If you have a current medical complaint, please access care through available walk-in clinics. |
