Join us for the Aging Well in Ottawa Fall Health Fair — a free, one-stop shop event for older adults and caregivers to connect with over 30 local health, social and community organizations offering services, resources, and support. No appointment needed, just come by to say hello and get services and resources.

For Older Adults

Looking for support to stay healthy, active, and independent? This is your chance to connect with over 30 local organizations offering free services — all in one place, all in one afternoon. Whether you're curious about foot care, nutrition, smoking cessation, dental health, or how to stay safe at home, this event makes it easy to get the info and help you need in just one visit.

For Caregivers

Caring for an older adult? We’ve got you covered. The Fall Health Fair brings together a wide range of services — from dementia support to legal advice and health screenings — so you can find the right resources to support your loved one. It’s a great way to save time, get answers, and feel more supported in your caregiving journey.

How to Get There?

  • Free OC Transpo for 65+ is available that day (Wednesdays). Need help planning your trip? Try using the Travel Planner or call OC Transpo Customer Service at 613-560-5000.
  • Parking is available on site and on-street parking is nearby.
