STI Medication Ordering

Please note the STI Med Program may require up to 10 business days to fill orders. It is not intended for urgent treatment distribution. Consider ordering your medications in advance to help keep your clinic well-stocked and reduce delay to patient care.

If treatment is required immediately, your clinic may need to arrange a courier for order pick-up, please follow-up with the Sexual Health Clinic to confirm details at (613) 560-6099.

Welcome to the STI Med Program!

Publicly-funded medications to treat Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) are available through Ottawa Public Health (OPH).

By pre-ordering and maintaining your clinic’s stock of these medications, you will be able to treat patients as they present to your clinic. Timely treatment of patients and their sexual partners with first-line regimens will help to decrease the risk of complications and prevent further transmission and re-infections.

STI medication orders are filled at the Sexual Health Clinic and free courier services will deliver your order to your clinic.
